Since launching his own firm in 2005, Mr. Sprecher has been providing expert litigation services, obtaining multi-million dollar judgments for his clients, and doing so without the bloated overhead and costs of many larger firms.. Mr. Sprecher's experience includes cases in State and Federal courts involving general business litigation, talent/manager disputes, talent/agency disputes, profit/accounting issues, distribution disputes, financing disputes, guild residual claims, credit claims and disputes, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, idea submission disputes, trademark registrations, right of publicity, domain name and cybersquatting disputes, and defamation. He also has significant experience before the California Department of Industrial Relations and in arbitrations before the Independent Film and Television Alliance and Hollywood guilds, where he has tried numerous cases through final determinations and judgments.
