I have been with Dougherty Molenda law firm and have lived in Burnsville MN for over 30 years. Most of my client matters are in Dakota & Scott Counties, while I often appear in court with clients in Carver and Goodhue Counties, as well as Hennepin.. Today's families are diverse, but the confronting issues and the course for resolution are parallel across the family spectrum. My clients come from all lifestyles and cultural and financial circumstances. When my clients' matters are complete, most all walk away from the experience feeling good because of my legal representation and the mutual respect we shared..
