Paul Downes is a respected trial attorney who combines a client-centered philosophy with recognized legal skill to successfully represent a wide range of personal injury clients. Before joining SiebenCarey, Paul successfully built the personal injury law firm of Meyer & Associates with Helen Meyer, another prominent personal injury attorney who served as a Justice on the Minnesota Supreme Court. Paul was appointed by the MN Supreme Court to serve on the No-Fault Standing Committee. This 12 member committee is selected by the Supreme Court and members serve a four-year term overseeing implementation of the No-Fault law in Minnesota where approximately 5000 no-fault arbitrations occur each year.
