I practice in the area of Personal Injury and Wrongful Death, assisting clients with insurance benefits, injury and loss compensation, arbitration, and litigation. I focus on Automobile Accidents, Civil Liquor Liability, Wrongful Death, and Dog Attacks.. In 1993, I graduated with Honors Cum Laude from Gustavus Adolphus College. I am also a 1998 Cum Laude Honors graduate of William Mitchell College of Law. I have focused on the areas of Personal Injury and No-Fault law since 1998.. I have been a faculty member and chair of numerous Continuing Legal Education seminars, particularly on the topics of Personal Injury and No-Fault law. I am also a qualified neutral for the American Arbitration Association.. In 2016 I was appointed by the Minnesota Supreme Court to serve on the Minnesota No-Fault Arbitration Standing Committee, where I continue to serve under this appointment.. Annually since 2015, I have been named as a Minnesota Super Lawyer (top 5% of all lawyers in the state). Prior to that, I was named six times as a Rising Star among Minnesota lawyers (top 2½% of up-and-coming lawyers in the State), as nominated by the Super Lawyers® of Minnesota.. Since 2014, I have been named annually to the Best Lawyers in America and Minnesota's Best Lawyers lists (fewer than 5% of Minnesota lawyers receive this recognition).. In 2008 I was made a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum - a national organization comprised exclusively of members who have achieved Million Dollar results for their clients.. I am admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota and the United States District Court, District of Minnesota. I am a member of local county and state Bar Associations, and am a recognized member of Minnesota Association for Justice (formerly the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Associations/MTLA).. I have lived in Arden Hills for well over 20 years, where my husband and I raised two amazing children. My personal interests revolve around my family and home. I enjoy landscaping and gardening, making pottery, home remodeling and decorating, spending time with my family, and a variety of creative arts.
