Represented the Republic of Turkey in obtaining a favorable ruling in an ICC arbitration related to the Marmaray Project (€2.9 billion infrastructure project involving Istanbul's light-rail transit system) (ICC). Represented an Egyptian construction company in a multimillion-dollar arbitration concerning the construction and operation of a port in Egypt (ICC).
