He has been in the real estate business for over 10 years involved in residential sales, commercial leases, and property management, both in Massachusetts and Arizona.. Craig has helped many families and investors navigate the ever changing Massachusetts housing market. He also has a tremendous amount of experience working on commercial transactions, which he gained while working at Gentle Dental of New England as their Chief Legal Officer and Commercial Real Estate Location Manager. His responsibilities in that role included locating new property, lease negotiation/execution, and landlord tenant relations.. He is also an active real estate investor which allows him the ability to look at multi-family and rehab opportunities from an investors point of view and pass that insight on to clients looking to pick up property or sell.. Craig is a life long resident of Massachusetts with family in Wayland and ties to Arizona as well.
