While at SUNY Albany he also published articles in the field of psychology/neuropsychology, and served on the Class Council. He earned his law degree at Hofstra University where he attended on an academic scholarship, edited and was published in the Hofstra Cyberlaw Forum law journal, and served on the Student Bar Association.. Tom is admitted in New York and New Jersey state courts. He is admitted to federal courts in New Jersey, the Eastern District of New York, and the Southern district of New York. He is also a Patent Attorney admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
