I am an attorney and principal at A.H. CHAN LAW FIRM, PC, where I practice a broad spectrum of commercial litigation and transaction, intellectual property law, and employment and labor law.  I also handle personal injury and family law matters.. As a business lawyer, I regularly consult and advise domestic and international entrepreneurs, business organizations, and publicly traded companies in a wide range of industries, including technology, online gaming, e-commerce, software, restaurants, automobile dealers, shipping and logistics, apparel, manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, import and export companies, real estate developers, general contractors, and property management companies.. I also maintain a pro bono practice, regularly taking referrals from local legal aids.. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and earned my Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier Law School, where I was a member of the Whittier Law Review and fulfilled the academic requirements for the Center for Intellectual Property Law.  I am admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Central District of California, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and Supreme Court of the State of California.
