I am a sole practioner with offices in Petaluma and a branch office in Walnut Creek where I see clients by appointment. I have been in practice since 2001 and am a Specialist Certified by the State Bar of California in Workers Compensation matters. I represent only injured workers and injury accident victims. I handle third party and civil cases for injured parties where warrented. I also handle social security disability cases for my clients. I have worked in the legal profession for nearly 40 years, starting out as a a private investigator and later working as a hearing representative for a workers compensation and personal injury lawfirm. I am a graduate of John F. Kennedy University School of Law where I graduated with honors. We are a small firm and try to provide help to or clients on all facets of injury claims. We are also well networked to provide referrals to clients to attorneys who practice outside of our area of expertise, including family law, employment law, criminal law and real estate. I am a  member of the Calfiornia Applicants Attorneys Association, San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, American Association of Justice and local bar associations.
