I am an associate attorney with Friedemann Goldberg LLP, practicing with the Banking, Business, Insurance and Litigation groups. I have been with the firm since 2012.. A graduate of Stanford University and Yale University School of Law, I earned my undergraduate degrees, with distinction, in political science and psychology. While at Yale, I was chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, participated in moot court and legal services clinics, and served as editor for the Yale Journal of Law and Feminism.. After receiving my law degree in 2001, I worked for four years at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, where I focused on securities fraud, antitrust, unfair business practices and contract matters. I was also an adjunct professor at the New College of California School of Law.. Prior to joining Friedemann Goldberg, I served as the Complex Litigation Research Attorney at San Mateo Superior Court. While there, most of my work was focused on class actions, securities fraud, antitrust, construction defect and complicated business tort, contract, mass tort and intellectual property cases.. I recently served for three years as a Small Claims Judge Pro Tem for Sonoma County Superior Court. I am also active with the Yale Law School Bay Area Steering Committee.
