Richard Hoag is the Founder of the HOAG FIRM. Mr. Hoag has authored numerous publications on Negotiation, Communication, Mediation, Change, Accountability, and Leadership. He has developed and conducts a number of workshops and seminars including the highly acclaimed interactive F. I. R. S. T. MethodÒ Workshop, and the ground breaking, peer-driven, CAT Goals and Accountability System™.. Mr. Hoag is a graduate of California State University Northridge, and the University of Southern California (USC) School of Law. A self-described “resolution lawyer” Richard has been an active   member of the California State Bar and Central district of the  Federal District Court for over thirty years. He is Founder of the Business Resource Group, has been a guest lecturer at Pepperdine University, and the University of California Irvine. He serves on the Board of Directors of 3 corporations.
