Rosalyn Maldonado is the founder of Rosalyn Maldonado P.C. She is a skilled litigation attorney with extensive experience in state and federal courts and expertise in diverse areas of the law. She has been in practice for over twenty (20) years, including ten (10) years in which she served as Deputy General Counsel for Red Apple Group, Inc., the parent corporation of numerous subsidiaries with diverse holdings, the most notable being Gristede’s Supermarkets.. After leaving Red Apple Group, Inc., Ms. Maldonado joined a boutique litigation defense firm where she spent eight (8) years further sharpening her litigation skills in both federal and state courts. Her extensive transactional and negotiation experiences afford her a unique insight into litigation matters and make her extremely effective in assessing and evaluating cases.. After many years in practice groups, she has now ventured out on her own, and with strategic partnerships, can afford her clients maximum attention and individualized concern allowing her to offer a more holistic approach to her clients’ matters..
