Our firm was established in 2009 to serve mainly San Francisco bay area immigrants and their families, here and abroad. Stacy Chiang is a zealous advocate for family unity and a strong believer that everyone deserves a second chance especially when it comes to individual freedom. Since 2009, we have expanded our practice areas from focusing on criminal deportation defense and family-based immigration to including employment-based immigration. Our staff have all been through immigration process on a first-hand basis, and hence can understand our clients practical and emotional needs throughout the whole process.
