I opened my own law practice in 1991 to help regular consumers with their basic legal needs. I form living trusts and write wills, do probate and trust administration and help consumers file chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy cases.. I have represented over 1500 consumers since I first began my law practice. I always provide a free consultation and do most of my work on a flat fee basis. My prices are very competitive and payment plans are always available. I take visa, mastercard and american express.. I graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting in 1984. I passed the CPA examination in 1985. I graduated from California Western School of Law in 1989 in the top 10% of my class. I won numerous scholastic awards in Law School as well.. I have written two books recently. The first is  Fundamentals of Estate Planning and the second is Consumer Bankruptcy Basics.. I am married with two kids and I live in Tierrasanta. My hobbies are football, exercise and traveling when I can.
