Mr. Montagna is an attorney with Hodson & Mullin, Attorneys at Law, with offices located in Fairfield and Vacaville. His primary focus in practice is family law, where he represented clients in all matters family law related.  Mr. Montagna is a Certified Family Law Specialist and is licensed to practice law in both California and New Jersey.. In addition to his practice, Mr. Montagna has been involved in and affiliated with the following organizations: Currently he is the Associate Chapter Director for the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists (ACFLS), Sacramento Chapter.  He has served as Vice-Chair and Chair of the Family Law Section of the Solano County Bar Association (2014-2016), held the position of Co-Chair of the Sacramento Standing Committee to the Family Law Executive Committee and is currently is the Vice-Chair for the California Lawyers Association (CLA) Family Law Executive Committee.. Mr. Montagna was the recipient of the “Barrister of the Year” award, by the California State Bar Family Law Executive Committee, in 2016. The award is to recognize outstanding contributions to the practice of Family Law of outstanding performance in the practice of Family Law for barrister lawyers. The recipient of this award must be a lawyer who practices primarily in the area of Family Law and who has been a member of The State Bar of California for five (5) years or less.
