Joshua Braddock is one of the founding partners of Arendsen Braddock LLP.. He is an experienced trial attorney in both State and Federal Courts throughout San Diego county and across the nation. Joshua focuses his practice on helping individuals who have suffered life-changing personal injury, and families who have lost their loved ones. Joshua grew up in Florida where he attended Florida State University. He graduated summa cum laude in 2005, earning honors from the Golden Key National Honor Society. Mr. Braddock then attended the California Western School of Law in San Diego, where he studied trial advocacy, and volunteered for the California Innocence Project.. Soon after graduation, Joshua moved to the courtroom, where he began litigating cases in State and Federal Courts here in San Diego, and across the county. Joshua’s practice focused primarily on litigation of complex matters ranging from fraud and conspiracy charges to federal capital cases.. After achieving a deep well of experience as a trial attorney, Joshua narrowed his practice to exclusively serve victims and families suffering life changing personal injury or loss of a loved one. To further this vision, Joshua partnered with Hamilton Arendsen to found Arendsen Braddock LLP, and assemble a team of dedicated and determined personal injury attorneys and wrongful death attorneys to serve the San Diego and North County San Diego communities.. He is a member of Outback America, which is an organization that works to organize events and groups to help heal and deepen relationships between parents and their children. Joshua is also an active member of the Encinitas Rotary Club, where he works with other business leaders to strengthen and protect our community. Finally, Joshua is also a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, and Consumer Attorneys of San Diego – two associations that work to provide legal services to underrepresented members of our community.. Joshua and his wife, Hannah, live in Encinitas with their daughter, Magnolia. In their free time they love to spend time with friends surfing, hiking, and dining out at local restaurants.
