After 41 years as an accomplished trial lawyer, since 2014, Frank transitioned to service as a private mediator for complex civil disputes.  Drawing on his experience as lead counsel in more than 125 civil trials, Frank has conducted hundreds of mediations for a broad spectrum of legal matters.  Attorneys; law firms; state and federal judges; governmental agencies; insurers; small and large businesses; and medical institutions call on Frank to facilitate out-of-court resolution of their civil disputes.. Frank will only convene his in-person mediation conferences at sites located in central Ohio.  Since the COVID-19 outbreak, he has regularly conducted mediations by video-teleconference, hosting via the Zoom platform.  Whether in-person or remotely, Frank has sustained a high percentage of settlements for participating parties in his mediations.. Frank continues to serve as Legal Counsel to the Columbus Clippers Triple-A Baseball Organization; the operating entity for Huntington Park, the Clippers' home baseball stadium; and Buckeye Boosters, Inc., the official boosters organization of the Athletic Department of The Ohio State University..
