Mr. Grilli is engaged in the general civil practice of law, with an emphasis on all aspects of family law litigation, including divorce, dissolution, post-decree matters, paternity, child custody, support, and adoption. He also devotes a significant portion of his practice to oil and gas matters and estate planning.Mr. Grilli graduated from Miami University in 2003 with a B.S. in finance and a minor in political science. He received his law degree, cum laude, from Capital University Law School in 2006, where he was inducted into the Order of the Curia and was the recipient of the CALI award for excellence in corporate counsel.Mr. Grilli is licensed to practice law in all courts of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He is a member of the Fairfield County, Perry County, Columbus, and Ohio State bar associations and is the past-president and current treasurer of the Perry County Bar Association. Mr. Grilli is a volunteer for free legal clinics in Fairfield and Perry counties, and has provided pro-bono corporate counsel services for a number of local non-profit agencies.He and his wife, Julie, reside in Canal Winchester with their two children, Samuel and Gianna.
