I handle immigration cases throughout the United States and represent individuals, families, and companies in U.S. visa matters at U.S. Embassies and Consulates around the world. I also represent individuals in deportation and removal proceedings, and litigate cases in U.S. federal courts.. I have been invited to speak on immigration by a number of bar associations and reputable international organizations. More recently, I was invited by the Beverly Hills Bar Association to moderate the seminar entitled EB-1 and EB-5 Green Cards for the Rich and Famous, and by the Eastern European Bar Association to speak on criminal and immigration crossover issues.. In the past, I served on the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Immigration Law Section and was the organization’s Co-Liaison with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and District 23 of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. In addition, I also served as the Chair of the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s Immigration Law Committee..
