There he gained valuable experience conducting both bench and jury trials in criminal court. Through his participation in the Criminal Justice Clinic, Peter drafted a federal cert petition that was heard and granted by the Maryland Court of Appeals. Peter also served as a note and comment editor for the American University Law Review while in law school.. Prior to joining Shouse Law Group, Peter honed his criminal defense skills through a clerkship with the Orange County Public Defender's Office..
