Ms. Lim started her legal career in 2008 and began exclusively practicing Workers’ Compensation defense in 2011. Since then she has successfully represented employers, insurance companies and third party administrators throughout Southern California. Ms. Lim implements a cost effective defense strategy, which has resulted in many early settlements and take nothing awards, including on denied AOE/COE claims. Additionally, she has successfully obtained numerous nuisance value settlements at depositions and hearings to help mitigate client costs. There she joins a team of professionals covering workers’ compensation matters of all kinds throughout all of the Orange County WCAB District Offices. At client requests, Ms. Lim occasionally covers matters in the Los Angeles and Inland Empire District Offices.. Ms. Lim is also fluent Korean, both written and oral.
