A licensed pharmacist in California and Nevada since 1971, I have had the privilege of serving as an Associate Professor teaching Pharmacy jurisprudence and ethics for fifteen years.  I served as a partner in the Sacramento office of Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard, & Smith for fifteen years retiring in 2011.  While with Lewis, I managed the Medical Malpractice Division which included litigation in Superior Courts from Fresno County to Humbolt County.  Case load included representation of health care providers in administrative/licensing matters.. I have maintained an  active private practice specializing in representing pharmacists and pharmacies in matters before the Board of Pharmacy.  My last stint in higher education was as Associate Dean External Affairs and as Associate Professor instructing Pharmacy Jurisprudence from 2011 thru 2016.. Combining a Masters Degree in Clinical Pharmacy and a Juris Doctorate degree from McGeorge School of Law has combined for a unique approach to representing health care providers since 1983.. Best accomplishment is a 40 year marriage with Sheryl and being a proud father of Brett, Blake and wife Erin, and Missy with her hubby, Matt.  Add two terrific grandchildren with grandchildren with another grandsdue November 2018, I am truly blessed.
