The Law Offices of Michael E. Finein, A Family Law Firm, handles all aspects of divorce and family law cases, including property division, complex and high asset cases, contentious child custody/visitation and moveaway cases, as well as child and spousal support matters.. As an experienced family law attorney my goal is to effectively represent my client's interests and protect their rights under the law.. Family law cases and divorces can be high conflict and high stress. My preference is to try to minimize both the conflict and stress through negotiations if possible.. I have over 25 years experience negotiating settlements both as an attorney and in business.. I am also an experienced litigator. When needed I will aggressively protect my client's rights in court.
