Norah Alyami Bio
Norah Alyami is an ambitious family law attorney who has dedicated her career to helping families during difficult times. She is a compassionate and empathetic counselor who cares about the whole well-being of her clients, both in and outside of the courtroom.. Ms. Alyami is a native to the Bay Area and grew up in Contra Costa County. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami, Florida, in 2006. Norah graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in the South Bay. During law school Norah worked in a family law office in San Jose in addition to clerking for a Family Law judge in Santa Clara County.. Post law school, Norah volunteered with the Family Violence Appellate Project a non-profit organization, in addition to working for a solo family law practitioner. Since passing the Bar Exam she has worked in family law firms and has both developed and managed pro bono family law “day-of-court” clinics for self-represented litigants in Alameda County.
