Experienced and successful trial attorney with over ten (10) verdicts on behalf of clients. Won multiple serious complex felony matters for consecutive years in jury trials. Had many motions granted for clients including four (4) motions to suppress evidence and over twenty 17B motions granted which reduce felonies to misdemeanors. Secured over forty (40) Dismissals for clients in various cases including drugs, guns, battery, theft, domestic, drunk driving, and vandalism.. THE RESULTS ARE OUTSTANDING. I have also successfully defended domestic cases for clients defending restraining orders.. Colleagues affectionately refer to me as Mr. Not Guilty, because my results in difficult trials are amazing.. I come from humble beginnings in the Midwest. Work ethic, discipline, and hard work were instilled in me at an early age. I have professional experience inside and outside of the legal field. As a contracts manager, procurement specialist, Senior Manager at large companies, realtor, and County Commissioner.. Graduate of the 2021 Los Angeles County Bar Association Trial Advocacy Project. Graduate of the 2022 Orange County Bar Association College of Trial Advocacy. Hold a California Real Estate License and Licensed to Practice law in Maryland.
