A compassionate fighter, Christina J. Oleson’s practice focuses on criminal defense. No matter the charge her clients are facing, she always does everything in her power to ensure that they get the best possible outcome. Since 2011, Ms. Oleson has assisted and rigorously represented clients facing infractions, misdemeanors, and felonies. Ms. Oleson has obtained favorable outcomes for clients facing traffic tickets, battery charges, DUI charges, probation violations as well as numerous other matters. Certified to practice juvenile dependency law in San Diego, she has represented parents in allegations involving child abuse and neglect. Ms. Oleson has also successfully argued for her clients in post-conviction relief matters, including expungements, felony reductions and sealing of criminal records. A native of San Diego county, Christina grew up in Ramona, California and attended Ramona High School. Ms. Oleson had the distinguished honor of being the youngest attorney elected President of the Ramona Bar Association. Through her time as President of the Ramona Bar Association, Ms. Oleson organized and participated in monthly legal clinics to assist those in her community. While in law school, Ms. Oleson served as President of the Federalist Society, Secretary of the Thomas Jefferson School of Law student government, earned Pro Bono honors, and served as a staff writer for the Informer student newspaper.
