Samantha graduated with honors from Western State College of Law, having been involved in Law Review and serving as its Editor in Chief. In her final year at Western State, Samantha externed at the Court of Appeals in Santa Ana and assisted in many cases. She also participated in a study abroad program, where she studied international and European law in Madrid, Spain.. Prior to obtaining her law degree with Western State she graduated from Utah Valley University with a focus in Marketing and Business. Having worked in bankruptcy law as a paralegal, she was continuously motivated to provide support to others in very stressful and delicate cases.. Samantha has experience navigating through divorce including custody, support, domestic violence restraining orders, and property division, and is licensed in California, Texas, and Utah. She’s proud to be involved in the community she represents and is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA), Riverside County Bar Association (RCBA), and the Leo Deegan Inns of Court..
