BIO. Ms. Neal’s practice focuses on business and employment litigation. Her business litigation practice includes disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, debt collection, creditor’s rights, bankruptcy, partnership dissolution, indemnity, unfair competition, construction defect and insurance coverage and bad faith. Ms. Neal has significant experience representing employers in wage and hour, discrimination and wrongful termination matters, and in providing employers with preventative advice and consultation on employment and labor law concerns. In addition, Ms. Neal has a background in environmental law, water law and land use. During law school, Ms. Neal served as a judicial extern for Judge Consuelo Callahan of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit..
