I am a Wills, Trusts and Probate attorney serving planning clients throughout the East Bay in cities like Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, Danville, Livermore and Castro Valley. I also serve Probate clients throughout the entire Bay Area. I'm a certified specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law--a designation awarded by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization to less than one percent of attorneys in California. I'm a 1993 UC Davis School of Law graduate. On a personal note, I have had some great life experiences that help me understand the unique needs and concerns of my clients. Preparing a Will or Trust is a personal process and I'm glad my clients feel comfortable sharing their goals and concerns so we can come up with the best plan for them. I lived abroad during middle school and high school in India and Thailand. I am part of a blended family with four children. My wife was a special education teacher for 28 years and now works with me as our office manager. My son-in-law and step-daughter work with me as an attorney and paralegal. I made the great decision to adopt one of my children from Thailand. I am part of a large family with connections to India, Cameroon, Thailand, Korea, China, Japan, Scotland, Switzerland, Mexico, Vietnam and the Philippines. The best part of my job is finding ways to connect with my clients and hearing them share how much peace of mind they receive from completing their estate plan. I offer a free no-pressure telephone consultation. The whole idea is to make estate planning approachable and help you finally complete that plan you've been putting off for years!
