I have been practicing for 35 years. The first ten in boutique estate and tax planning firm in Manhattan where I eventually became a partner. The birth of my son gave me cause to reflect on what was important to me. My father, a NY City detective, was seldom home due to his unusual working hours. I knew that I wanted to spend time with my son so I decided to establish a practice in Farmingdale where I have been in the same office for twenty five years.. I pride myself on my responsiveness and hands on approach. All calls are promptly returned and even though I have a staff of four excellent paralegals, my clients have my cell phone number as well.. I have extensive knowledge of all aspects of real estate, including purchases and sales, co-ops and condominiums and 1031 exchanges. I also am very well versed in estate planning and administration. Our fees are reasonable and there is never a charge for a consultation.
