Before his admission to law, Mr. Missell was an instructor for college students preparing for the LSAT (entrance exam for law school), participated in the Moot Court / Mock Trial oral advocacy program for eleven years throughout schooling, and was fortunate to intern at the U.S. Supreme Court during the 1999-2000 term that heard and decided Bush v.
