Zachary's undergraduate degree was earned at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in History with a concentration in United States History. Zachary graduated from Marquette University Law School. During Law School, Zachary was involved in the Federalist Society as well as various student led organizations.. Zachary grew up in the Fox Valley, but has been living and working in the Waukesha and Milwaukee area for a number of years.
