Zoe has developed and currently leads the firm’s employment and investment immigration practice, advising employers and individuals looking to navigate the complicated and evolving process of corporate immigration compliance, employment-based visas and entrepreneur opportunities.. She represents businesses concerned with corporate immigration compliance, including I-9 audits and corporate compliance training. Zoe also represents employers concerned with bringing employees into the United States through non-immigrant categories, including H-1B, L-1, TN, R, O and P visas, as well as employment-based residency options. Her practice includes E-1 and E-2 visas for treaty-trader investors and other entrepreneur-related issues, including business formation and transactions.. Zoe graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2013. While in law school, she participated in a dual degree program and earned her Master of Arts in Political Science alongside her Juris Doctor. During this time, Zoe began teaching American Government classes for the Political Science Department. Zoe also participated in the law school’s immigration clinic, representing individuals in immigration proceedings at no cost. Prior to attending law school, Zoe graduated from Graceland University in Lamoni, Iowa, graduating in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree with high honors in philosophy and religion.. Zoe is licensed to practice law in Arkansas. In 2015, she was admitted to the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. Zoe also continues to teach multiple classes each semester in the Political Science Department of the University of Arkansas. She authored an article, Supreme Court Decides RLUIPA Case from Eighth Circuit in the Winter 2015 Eighth Circuit Bar Association Newsletter and has been quoted in media, including the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.. Outside of the office, Zoe served as the president of the Washington County Bar Association in 2018 after having served previously as the vice-president, treasurer and secretary of the organization. She is also active in the Rotary Club of Fayetteville and serves on the club’s board.. Originally from Australia, Zoe moved to the United States with her family to the Kansas City area before moving around the country for college. She enjoys walking and biking the city with her husband and children and exploring everything Fayetteville has to offer.
