My experience representing clients began in 2009, when I began working as a student attorney in the University of Arkansas School of Law Immigration Clinic. While there, I worked under the supervision of a licensed immigration attorney and was able to work with clients on a variety of cases, including removal defense, asylum, I-751 petitions, and appeals to the BIA.. I graduated from law school in May 2010 and was admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Arkansas in September 2010. That same month, I began working with the law firm of Matthews, Campbell, Rhoads, McClure & Thompson, P.A. in Rogers, Arkansas. Since then, my focus has been almost exclusively on immigration matters.. In February 2012, I launched my own firm, Bogart Immigration Law, LLC, based in the Kansas City Metro area and focusing on all areas of immigration law. In September 2014, I joined Petty & Associates, PLLC in Dallas, TX. While in Dallas, I helped manage the firm's marketing and expansion into new markets while my practice focused primarily on immigration-related litigation.. As part of the firm's expansion, I returned to Northwest Arkansas in October 2015 to open an office for Petty & Associates, PLLC, doing business as Arkansas Immigration Associates. In September 2016, I joined Joyce Law Firm in Fayetteville where I managed the firm's immigration practice and marketing strategy.. On New Year's Day 2018, I re-launched my own firm, Bogart Immigration, PLLC, focusing most of my time on removal defense and other immigration-related litigation and family unification. Over the course of 2018, we added a humanitarian and naturalization practice group. Beginning in January 2019, we added criminal defense and business & investor immigration practice groups. In total, we have four attorneys, five paralegals, and additional support staff.. Within immigration law, I focus my practice on removal defense, appeals, federal immigration litigation, and family unification, particularly consular processing and adjustment of status. I love being in Northwest Arkansas and helping out in any way I can.

La Abogada Samantha Vital founded Vital Immigration with Northwest Arkansas' immigrant community in mind.. Samantha moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2010 to attend the University of Arkansas and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2014. She continued her academic career at the University of Arkansas School of Law and obtained her Juris Doctorate in 2017.. Sam achieved her goal of becoming an Attorney thanks to the support of her parents who immigrated from Mexico in order to provide greater access to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Her parent's brave decision to immigrate led Sam to become a first-generation American high school graduate, college graduate, law school graduate, and law firm founder.. While this land of opportunity proved itself to be just that, Sam was also able to see how this nation's immigration laws work to limit and complicate liberty and the pursuit of happiness for many.. Samantha founded Vital Immigration with the mission to assist our immigrant community as they navigate this nation's complex immigration system. Through her work, Sam hopes to empower immigrants and grow a greater sense of community. Samantha is licensed in the State of Arkansas with authorization to pratice immigration law throughout the United States.
