“Over the years, I have been involved in a number of cases where Jeff Schmieler also was one of the other attorneys. Recently, I worked on the same side as him in a complex business partner dispute representing a nice older lady against a former business partner who tried to swindle her. The other side was unreasonable, and the matter ended up being decided by a 2 week fully contested arbitration. Mr. Schmieler adeptly handled the multiple witnesses and dozens of boxes of evidentiary documents, and out-lawyered opposing counsel including on the many issues involved, which resulted in a full win and recovery for our client. He was very prepared, very effective, and very persuasive. I highly recommend him.”
