Beyond his focus on employment law, Josh regularly assists his fellow lawyers with appeals and other complex legal projects, regardless of the subject matter. He honed his writing skills while serving as a law clerk for Associate Justice Neil M. Gorsuch of the Supreme Court of the United States when Justice Gorsuch was a Judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
