He honed his writing skills while serving as a law clerk for Associate Justice Neil M. Gorsuch of the Supreme Court of the United States when Justice Gorsuch was a Judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. In 2018, Josh was elected to serve a three-year term as a Delegate in the Connecticut Bar Association House of Delegates. He is Immediate Past Chair of the Bar Association’s 650-member Labor & Employment Law Section and also serves on the Executive Committee of the Federal Practice Section..
