I represent individuals seeking advice in estate and tax planning, probate, elder law and guardianship matters. I regularly prepare Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney and Advance Directives (Living Wills). I also represent executors and adminstrators of estates to guide them through the technical probate and estate administration process. These services begin with probating or validating the Will through the completion of inheritance and estate tax returns and distribution of assets to heirs.. Procrastination, whether it be in planning your estate or acting in a timely manner to administer an estate, invariably leads to lost opportunity and greater expense.
