Brian also advises clients on employment related aspects of their business including executive employment agreements, day-to-day workforce issues, and creation and implementation of corporate policies and procedures, including advice relating to employment and labor issues in bankruptcy or turn-around situations.. Brian has significant experience in the restaurant, hospitality and food service industry where he represents clients such as Alinea Restaurant, Terragusto Restaurant, Schwa Restaurant, Isola Imports, SmallBar, Lava Lounge, and various national franchises and family owned establishments.  Brian actively participates in his clients' business and his experience in the industry allows him to counsel clients on business planning and concepts through financing, licensing and operation.  In addition to Brian's representation of restaurant and hospitality entrepreneurs, he also represents chefs in areas of employment agreements, equity interests and endorsement contracts.  Individuals and entities seeking to invest in the industry also rely on Brian's expertise to structure and negotiate their investment rights.Brian began his legal career at a large national law firm in litigation and later focused on corporate law.
