Mr. Norsigian was an Associate Editor of the Washington University Law Quarterly, where his legal article, Note, Community Property and the Problem of Migration, 66 Wash. U.L.Q. 773 (1988), was published.. Mr. Norsigian is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the St. Clair County Bar Association, and the Missouri Bar Association..
