U.L.Q. 773 (1988), was published.. Mr. Norsigian is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the St. Clair County Bar Association, and the Missouri Bar Association.. Mr. Norsigian has ecently been honored with the following awards:. *The St. Louis Post-Dispatch 2016 People's Choice of Southwest Illinois award for Best Lawyer. *Martindale-Hubbell’s Top Rated Lawyer Award for Ethical Standards and Legal Ability, Martindale-Hubbell’s Client Distinction Award (recognized for excellence in quality of service, overall value, responsiveness, and communication ability). *Martindale-Hubbell’s Client Champion Gold Award for 2017. *’s Clients’ Choice Award.
