David is also an experienced mediator and maintains an active and successful Alternative Dispute Resolution practice.David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (with distinction) from the University of Arizona in 1984, with a double major in accounting and corporate finance. He graduated from Arizona State University College of Law (cum laude) in 1987.
