Don Swift is the Managing Partner of Andersen Tate & Carr. He also helps lead the personal injury practice in the firm’s Litigation Group. Don began his practice after law school at a large Atlanta law firm, where he represented defendants such as manufacturers of truck tractors, railroad companies, hotel chains, medical device manufacturers, and insurance companies. During his time as a defense lawyer, Don gained valuable insight into how these companies attempt to defend cases by insulating themselves from liability or minimizing the consequences of their harmful conduct. As an attorney who now represents the victims of this misconduct, Don uses his knowledge of how the other side works to the advantage of his clients seeking compensation for their injuries..
