Upon matriculation from law school, Samantha was employed for six years a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). As a Trial Attorney at HUD, she was a member of a nine person team that oversaw HUD’s litigation in seven states and two United States territories. Her areas of specialty included fair housing litigation, real estate litigation, and government contracts.. Samantha is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Women in the Profession, Litigation, and Business Committees of the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia. She is the current co-chair of the Solo/Small Firm Committee of the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia.
