I have helped Tonkon clients win on motions to dismiss, on summary judgment, and at trial, in addition to negotiating numerous favorable settlements. Representative matters include the following:. In addition to my litigation work, I represent investors and other individuals and companies doing business in the cannabis industry, and advise clients on Oregon's cannabis laws and regulations.
