I am an in-house attorney for the Office of Legal Counsel for the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation where I provide representation to the Board of Trustees, Tribal departments, and various programs with emphasis on law and order issues, government contracts (tribal, federal, state, and local), federal indian law, environmental and federal land law, cultural resource protection, water law, real property, land use, legislative drafting and review (tribal, state, and federal), and litigation. I have also been appointed as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the United States Attorney Office for the District of Oregon to handle Indian law related matters.
