I consider myself an affordable, hardworking, relatable, empathetic, honest attorney. I will work as hard as I can for each of my clients. I am a Wisconsin Native, but an adopted Idahoan. I grew up in a small farming community and never dreamed that I would find myself as a lawyer. Because of this I consider myself more relatable than other attorneys. I guess my journey towards becoming an attorney began as a teenager. I got into a little bit of trouble with the law, then I straighten up but unfortunately, I still had the reputation for being a trouble maker. That stigma drove me to understand how someone could potentially be wrongfully mistreated by the justice system or even convicted of something they did not do just based on their prior history. Because of this, I decided to get my GED, go to College at BYU-Idaho and eventually, go to law school at the University of Idaho-College of Law. If anyone knows what it's like to work hard it’s me! I literally started from the ground up, first working on a farm, then working my way into a classroom.. My legal experience began the same way. I got my first job at the Canyon County Prosecutors Office out of college. I worked as an intern scanning and digitizing most of the counties large criminal and civil cases. This experience gave me the insight into hundreds of cases and how they were prosecuted (which would help me as a defense attorney). I worked my way from an intern to a legal secretary. Here I learned how to draft legal documents, interact with other attorneys and learn the procedural system of civil and criminal litigation. I got accepted into law school and then worked for Judge Junneal Kerrick as her clerk, which allowed me to meet many judges and know their specific character traits. I gained a valuable reputation there for being professional, honest, and hardworking. I then obtained good enough grades to obtain a limited license and practiced law my final year of law school at Mimura Law as a Public Defender. It was there I learned that I wanted to be a criminal defense attorney. I loved my clients, and my clients loved me. So I decided to hang out my shingle and go out on my own.. In my personal life, I have a loving and supporting wife. I couldn't be happier in my marriage. We also have three rambuncious boys. They keep us busy and on our toes. We frequently spend a lot of time outdoors, we go camping, hunting, and fishing. However, most of the time my work keeps me pretty busy.. I consider myself an affordable, determined, reliable, professional, and honest attorney who will work as hard as he can for someone else. I have been there, and I can empathize with my clients. I give them all my personal cell phone number so they can reach me at any time. That includes day or night. I feel I offer the best overall legal criminal services in Caldwell absent the Public Defender’s Office. Please feel free to call me at.
