A veteran of the United States Navy, Ambrose “Abe” O’Bryan is an Associate at Duncan| Galloway| Egan| Greenwald PLLC. He was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in April of 2016 after graduating from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in December of 2015. Abe’s practice areas include Commercial Litigation, Personal Injury, and Insurance Defense.. During law school, Abe clerked at Ewing & Willis, PLLC, a Civil Litigation firm in Louisville, Kentucky, and was Of Counsel there for a short time after law school. Abe earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Louisville in May of 2011. During his last year of undergraduate studies, he worked in volunteer recruitment and training for Court Appointed Special Advocates (“CASA”), a volunteer based non-profit that advocates for abused and neglected children. After graduation, he worked for two years as the Director of Volunteer Recruitment and Training for CASA of the River Region in Louisville, Kentucky. During his time with CASA, Abe traveled to Washington D.C. on two occasions to lobby Kentucky’s representatives for their support on three bills which continued federal funding for the National CASA. While working on his Juris Doctorate at the Brandeis School of Law, he continued his relationship with CASA as a volunteer.. While serving in the Navy from 2000 – 2004 as an Aircraft Director and Flight Deck firefighter, Abe made three combat deployments to the Persian Gulf.
