Christine has worked extensively in matters involving health care providers of all types, including health care facilities and services, nursing facilities, hospice providers, hospitals, physicians, nurse practitioners, rural health clinics, laboratory providers and federally qualified health care centers in the areas of health law, regulatory and corporate compliance, fraud and abuse, and state regulatory matters including certificate of need and licensing. She has experience in day-to-day counseling regarding compliance, reimbursement matters, employment issues, preparation and review of provider contracts, insurance risk and loss, revising and developing new policies and procedures, enhancing communications with governmental entities; and preventing, detecting, responding to, and resolving conduct that does not conform to applicable laws and regulations while maintaining and enhancing the overall the quality of care.. She lives in Lexington, with her husband, their three dogs and cat.
