Lindsey Carpenter is a Minnesota personal injury lawyer and partner at Meshbesher & Spence.  She exclusively represents injured parties, plaintiffs, in personal injury cases, wrongful death, car accidents, and medical negligence.  After 10 years in the area of personal injury practice, Lindsey has a proven track record including successful jury verdicts.  Lindsey has litigated cases involving car accidents, motorcycle accidents, dog bites, premise liability, and general negligence.. As part of her practice, Lindsey is an active member in the Minnesota Association for Justice and serves on the Board of Governors.  Lindsey is regularly a presenter at continuing legal education (CLE) courses on topics including No-Fault Insurance law in Minnesota, car accidents, and litigation.  Additionally, Lindsey serves as a no-fault arbitrator and is certified with the American Arbitration Association.. While an undergraduate at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Lindsey was a member of the mock trial team and was a teacher’s assistant in the pre-law department.  Lindsey was awarded most outstanding political science major.  At Hamline Law School Lindsey volunteered as a student attorney and handled employment disputes.  Lindsey began her legal career at Hoglund, Chwialkowski, Greeman & Bergmanis PLLP in Roseville, Minnesota. Before joining Meshbesher & Spence, Lindsey was an associate attorney at Krueger Law Firm, where she was employed since law school graduation in 2007.. Lindsey and her husband Kurt live in White Bear Lake, Minnesota where they are avid water skiers.  Originally from Rochester, MN, Lindsey graduated from John Marshall High School and was a member of the Rochester Water Ski Team.  In her spare time, she enjoys water skiing with the Midwest Ski Otters in White Bear Lake, running with her dog Stella, golfing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
