Michele was admitted to practice law in Minnesota in 2002, Wisconsin in 2003, and before the U.S. District Court-District of Minnesota in 2003. She was an Adjunct Representation Professor at William Mitchell College of Law and has been recognized as one of Minnesota's Rising Stars.
