Heath A. Stuart was born in Buffalo, New York. He relocated to the Kansas City area after serving in the United States Marine Corps Reserve and working in New York and Washington states. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Kansas then attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where he attained his Juris Doctor. Mr. Stuart is the owner of the Law Offices of Heath A. Stuart located in Leawood, Kansas. He is licensed in Kansas and Missouri, belongs to both the Kansas Bar Association and the Missouri Bar Association, as well as the Wyandotte County and the Johnson County Bar Associations.
